Everywhere you go the Leave No Trace bulletins remind you not to pick the flowers. So mostly I pick up rocks. That's also a LNT no-no, but I don't feel so bad about it. Here's some photos of both.

I'm not sure what this one is called, but the only place I've seen it is in Olympic National Park. Due to its isolation, many of the plants here grow nowhere else in the world.
