I live in East Tn, right at the back door of the Smoky Mntns. A lot of my photos are from there. I try to do all types of Nature photos, animals, landscapes, wildflowers, insects...anything that I think is cool and would like to share with everyone else. So I hope you enjoy my style of photography. Thanks for taking the time out to check my photos out.

Now I've gotten into Macros. I'm not using the conventional macro lens. I am using a Nikon Diopter Lens attached to a Canon 75-300mm lens. Who says Nikon and Canon cant get along? :)

The Smoky Mntns are home to almost 300 species of salamanders, and all types of snakes.

Wildbirds taken off my side porch. I have feeders set up for the birds, and I can sit inside and take pictures of them while they are eating, or just hanging around. Also some are what I have seen driving thru the mntns.

This is an idea of what it's like the Smoky's during winter. Usually the roads are closed if we get to much snow, but you are allowed to walk along the roads. ITs breathtaking walking thru with it all white.

Some of the sunsets and sunrises are around the Smokys. Some are from the highest point in TN, some are in Cades Cove.

I was in Cades Cove in the Smoky Mntns, when this mama and her three cubs decided to cross the road where I and a few others were. They were getting the cherries off the branches they had knocked down. Was Awesome being within 30-40 foot of them!
